TICKETING REGULATIONS
Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or replaced Tickets are valid exclusively for the date indicated on the tickets; therefore please kindly check the tickets carefully at the time of purchase. In the event of non-use, the conversion into tickets for another date will not be permitted. All prices shown include taxes. The sale of tickets by unauthorized persons is forbidden. In the event of ticket loss, it is necessary to show up at the Box Office on the day of the event and complete the appropriate self-certification form indicating loss, indicating exactly the places purchased. This self-certification can only be signed by the ticket holder. In the event of cancellation, and not postponement, of the event, for any reason, the cost of the ticket will be exclusively refunded. The reimbursement may be requested within 7 days after the date of the canceled performance. The Ente Giostra della Quintana reserves the right to make changes to the program that are necessary due to technical or force majeure needs. Tickets can be collected by 1.00 pm on the day same as the event at the Info Point Quintana in Foligno.
